Jessica Watson
I am a DONA International trained Birth Doula. I believe that birth is one of the most profound moments a person can go through, and feel honored to be able to empower and support families through their own unique journeys.
Prior to stepping into the birth space, my background is in massage therapy where I specialize in prenatal and postpartum care. Through my massage practice I was able to develop a deep understanding of the body’s needs during pregnancy, labor and beyond. As a doula, I truly believe in the power of touch to support the body’s natural ability to relax and find comfort. My background allows me to offer a variety of techniques to ease discomfort, reduce stress, and create a sense of calm during the birthing process.
I’m a proud mom of two—my stepson is 16, and my youngest son is 5. My own experiences with pregnancy and birth have given me invaluable insight into the process. In 2024, I completed my first surrogacy journey at Rose Medical Center, and I had the privilege of being supported by the Rose Doulas. That experience solidified my desire to become a doula and help other families navigate their birth stories.
When I’m not supporting families, you’ll often find me enjoying the great outdoors. I’m an avid nature lover and a triathlete. Whether I’m running, biking, or swimming, I love challenging myself physically and finding peace in the natural world.
It would be a privilege to walk alongside you on your own birth journey, offering guidance, encouragement, and comfort every step of the way.
